My father has been working in Saudi Arabia as an engineer for the last 21 yrs. They had applied for visit visa to the US for my gradwalk in 2010 and my borther’s grad walk in 2011 and got rejected both the times. Since we were both on F1 visa during both their interview, the VO told them to try when our visa status changes.
Me and my brother are now on H1 visa, if we want to apply for visit visa for them again, what documents should we show as proof that they are not potential immigrants? Also id there any one who had a similar situation with parents working out of the home country India and applying for a US visit visa?
