I am on H1 visa and had applied for extension request, I got the receipt number for extension on November 12th. i want to visit India in the month of feb, it will be almost 3 months till february 12th. could you please guide me with the current H1 extension processing time frame & please also advice when can i expect to receive a status update on my H1 extension request.
If i will not get an update till jan 15 should i go for a Premium, and also if i would go for H1 extension under premium will it effect on approval?
