I am confused about client letter or any other kinds of letters. I am a R&D engineer at an American manufacturing company, which is not H1b dependent. My job is to design new product and improve existing product. All my job was done in lab or office within my company. Should I prepare any client letter or any other kinds of letters. It is really confusing. Any one can tell me how should I provide the supporting document in H1b stamping in China? Thanks a lot.
@rickgrey, You do not need client letter, that is usually for anyone doing consulting by working at client site. It does not apply to you.
