I need some information regarding Name change in Passport.
All my Indian govt documents AAdhar , PAN have my father name as middle name.
myname fathername surname format.
only in my passport it is : myname surname
when I went to update the address in passport, the officials told me that my passport name is not matching the AAdhar and asked me to get it changed.
I have a approved I-140. If I change my name (adding middle name in passport) will I be able to get visa extensions based on approved I-140 (which has my old name as per passport).
I dont think there will be any issue.
