I have applied for H1 PP This year still not receive any information on that if I am selected or rejected .If in case I am rejected can I apply for next year Because My stem extension opt will be expired on 03/29/2015.

I suppose this 03/29/2015 is the same expiration date on your EAD. If that is the case, you should be able to file H1B on 04/01/2015 as long as your grace period covers April 1st. However, even if your H1 application get approved, you CANNOT work until OCT 2015. Because your work permit expires before April 1st.
