  1. My spouse(L1B) is in US and myself(L2) in India, Shall I apply EAD online without going to US? Since I am working here, I need to quit the job and go to US and wait until I get EAD which takes much time.

  2. Is there any cases that EAD get rejects at last minute?

  3. Can I attend interviews without EAD and have EAD during Joining?

You will have to be living in USA on L2 visa to apply for EAD.
