currently i am in united states in f1 visa and my husband applied once and the VO rejected him saying he doesn’t have enough funds which was actually not correct because we had more funds which was enough.so he applied for the second time and this time the VO said that according to immigration law if we are applying for the second time we need to change the document which we hadn’t. can a sponser letter help us in this situation?
Who is going to be the sponsor in this case?
have all the latest doc’s and ask you husband to book Visa interview in native langauge. Like telugu, hindi. etcs.
I know it sounds funny, but this will work. If they ask him why he preferred this option, he can say that he tried to answer the VO on last 2 occasions , and probably due some communication issues the VO is not convinced.
