My Petition of H1B 2015-16 visa got approved

Hi,

My H1B visa of 2015-16 CAP has got Petition approved , now I have below queries.

  1. Is there any Time limit or Validity to get Visa stamping?

  2. If company Did not send me for Visa stamping,Then will my approved petition would waste?

Please answer as earliest as possible

  1. After the VISA approval you can go at any point of time based on your convenience.

2.No. It can be valid till the approved period. Between that any time, you can utilize from the same employer.

1What would be approved period of h1b visa petition. .
2.Suppose company send for visa stamping in Oct 2017…then h1b visa validity start from Oct 2017 to Oct 2020
