My petition is still in Intial Review in EAC

Hi,

My petition was filled on 9th Apr 2012. Still there is no updates on the case status. Its almost 99 days. So what options do i have. Can i call somewhere and check why my case status is not moving ahead. Does this mean that they havent even looked at my application because there in no RFE on it. What can be the reasons.
