My OPT got expired already in may 2019 , and now my OPT extension got denied. I already applied for H1B for this quota.
Reason: By miskate I have submitted electronic sign in i-786 form
My Questions:
1)If I am going for Motion to reopen ,am I in status or do I need to join a school?
2)Am I can join a school and also go for motion for reopen at the same time parallely?
3)With this denied decision what are the chances of my H1B approval?
Please suggest me! I am panic right now.

Well, technically you are in cap gap extension as you were picked in lottery, so you should be fine until Sep 30th. I am assuming you got Cap Gap extension I-20 from your DSO…See, if you can re-apply for the OPT extension quickly and hopefully it gets adjudicated soon …
