My LCA is less than my colleague with less designation

My colleague who works for the same employer as me (we both work at the same client location) is one designation below than me.

Still his LCA is more than me in turn he is getting more salary than me. Can I ask my employer to increase my LCA?

Hey Dude,

I can understand where you are coming from. It is possible that you are a PM and your colleague is a technical person. Please note that technical people get paid more than PMs here in US. Also may be the terms and conditions, that you and your colleague have with employer may be different.

  1. Are you and your colleague working for same consultant?

  2. Did you guys join at the same time?

  3. Are you guys working on same technilogies?

All of the above factors makes the difference.
