My L1B visa and I94 got expired on 13-Jun-2013

Hi,

My L1B visa and I94 got expired on 13-Jun-2013 and my company filed an extension and I received an RFE on which I had responded on 19-Sep-2013.



240 days of extension period is getting over on 13-Feb-2014 and till now I didn`t hear anything back from USCIS, so here what I want to know- 



1) How long I can stay if unfortunately my extension gets rejected? (If I do come to know about this before or on 13 Feb)



2) How long I can stay after 13-Feb, If I do not get anything from USCIS.



3) Is it illegal to fly back to India after 13-Feb (i.e. by 19-Feb), in case no response come from USCIS? Will there be any issue in future while reentering to USA?
