My I 94 date is correct and matching with the visa validity.but when I entered on the coustom check counter i got one stamp and manual date which is one year less then the i 94 date and my visa validity. Kindly suggest me…what i should do in that case.
Usually on the I-94, the date is manually written at port of entry. Are you saying this is correct and matches the visa validity? Then this is fine.
Where was the other stamp entered by custom check? on the I-94?
Custom check stamp is usually not on the passport or I-94, it is on the yellow green usda form. I think most people throw that away after leaving the airport unless I am mistaken about your question
