i-129 submitted on 12th Aug 2015 under out side normal processing time category still in “Case Received” status. Usual time is 6 to 8 months. In my case it is nearly 10 months. Is it normal or some thing to be followed up? If to be followed up with whom? I put the query already with USICS and I can not put another against same receipt number.
Do I need to wait for the status change or it will be same for ever as forgotten case by USICS?
