My Husband is on F1 VISA and his course is going to complete by MAY 18th and he applied for OPT(waiting for confirmation),and i am also planning to apply for F1 on MAY 15th,will i be consider as Potential immigrant as my husband is on F1 and applied for OPT
i have 5 years of work exp in telecom fields as a senior engineer system test
if i say to VO that my husband on F1 OPT (VO Consider me as Potential immigrant?)
What if say he is going to complete his course by may and i am apply now during the time he comes back (Will VO think no family ties and gives 214b?) pls suggest
