My husband is working on L1 & filed H1B COS from L1 to H1B-2012 quota, at that time he was working for motorola in newyork and he got RFE for that petition, USCIS is asking client letter, but my husband had chaned another client in Florida. We had both client letters previous Motorola client and new client in florida. everyone were telling that H1B petition gets denied if there are two client letters.Can anyone reply me on this.
