My husband has I-140 with old employer but then he changed his employer,I am on H4 since 2011,Can I apply for EAD.

My husband got H1 in 2011 and then he got I-140 in feb 2012. Then he changed his employer and old employer did not revoked his I -140 or green card process.My question is that can I apply for EAD in May 2015.
