We have got H1B approval . When will we be called for interview and What all things do we need to keep in mind. Can I apply for H4 EAD right now or suggest the best time to apply for it.
We are from India and have a child of 3 years with us .
H-4 EAD requirements:

H-1 holder has an approved I-140, which is issued as part of green card processing

H-1 holder has spent more than 6 years inside US on H-1
So in your case, you are not eligible for H-4 EAD. Talk to employer about starting the green card process. It may take around 2 years to reach the I-140 approval stage.
