Husband came in US on F1 visa in 2004 and got his H1B work visa in 2010. AM I eligible for H4 EAD?
Company applied for GC but it is just the starting. They just filed. Labor PERM.

Its not at all depend on F1 visa or any other. As long as your spouse is on H1 and I140 is approved, you are eligible to apply for H4 EAD.
It says… it happens if spouse came on student visa and then change to h1, u r eligible.
