Hi,
I went to USA on valid H1B (April 2015) and then transfer it to Employer B (whose petition has been denied by the USCIS) and I don’t have any other options other than leaving the country in Sep 2016.
My Visa got expired after filing petition from Employer C, and he backed out from my case since he doesn’t have required document to submit. The status showing as “Notice Explaining USCIS’ Actions Was Mailed”
Now, I am in India with expired h1b.
What are the chances to get H1B?
Looking for Employers who has valid documents to support the process, Any reference is welcome.
