My H1B visa 3 year expires September 2016 I moved companies before visa extension papers were filed. Can I still live and work here beyond September 2016
Did the new employer filed H-1 petition for you? If yes, then what’s the status of that petition?
Also, the visa stamp in passport doesn’t impact how long you can stay and work in US. It can get expired, but you can continue to stay in US and work provided you have unexpired 797 and I-94.
