My H1B still showing 'Initial Review' filed on 7th May 2012.

My new H1b is filed with EAC service center on May 7th 2012 (regular processing) ,still showing ’ Initial Review’. could you please let me know the status or else how to get the status of my application.

My Friend Petition filed with EAC got an status RFE. asked to send more document.

What are the document you have sent to US for H1B process.

I hope it should change within this month.

my application is on 16th april 2012, still my visa status is initial review. can anybody let me know when i can expect result. i enquire with my employer they are saying result will come in october.
