My H1B petition for FY'17 lotery selected through company(X).Can I file H1B FY'18 without abt FY'17status

Hi,

My H1B petition for FY2017 got selected in lottery process through other Growing company(XYZ).I am working with MNC(ABC) , my current company nominated me for H1B case filing for FY 2018. Can i go head in my working company with out informing about my current H1B status. Please advice me.

Yes, you can do that. Not inform current employer about a previously approved petition.
