My H1B Interview is scheduled next week; previously my B1 visa got refused for 2 times, will this have any impact on my H1 interview?
If VO asks about my B1 refusal what shall I answer?
For 1st B1 refusal VO said that I do not have strong social bonding in India (I was single)
After 1 year For 2nd B1 refusal VO said that the purpose of visit (trainings and meetings and I was married) doesn’t suit the type of visa I applied.
