My H1B Amendment case was Received by USCIS on Aug 13th, But still the Case is in Received status

My H1B Amendment case was Received by USCIS on Aug 13th, But still the Case is in Received status its almost 5mnths how many months still it will take for Approval of case any idea plea help me.

My case was processed under normal process.
