My first time OPT got declined.
I have turned in the application on 5th Novemeber 2014 a day before my DSO updated my SEVIS to generate a new i20. I have to file an appeal with USCIS after consulting a lawyer. I have an appointment with law firm in couple of days before that i want to know the advice from you guys. Did any one came across the problem and made it through ?
Can anyone please help me with few suggestions. I am feeling hopeless at this point of time.
