My File has been picked in lottery system.

Hi Guys,

Please help me on this.

My H1B has been sponsered by X company and I am working in Y company, now the my file is picked in lottery system and i got EAC reciept number.

My questions is Still i have not joined the X company and still iam employee of Y company.

My plan is to join the X company after H1B visa stamping.

Is it create any problem in any H1B further level processing because i have not joined X company.

Will it be problem in Visa interview or stamping or any level process.

Please do let me know your answer its very urgent.

It is ok to not be an employee of X on the date of interview. At times, H-1 job starts only after you land in US and consulate understands this.
