My case status has changed to Request for Evidence

Hi,

I have received my case receipt from employer on may 2, 2013.

after more than 3 month on August 13, 2013, my case status has been change to “Request for Evidence”.

I do not know what to do in this case. I have sent an email to employer regarding this.

Any suggestion what to do in this case are most welcome.

Wait for your employer to receive the RFE notice. That will contain the information about what USCIS needs from them and you.

The employer can decide to share all the RFE details w/ you or just the relevant portion (i.e. items required from you).
