Multiple petition under Ds 160

Dear All,

i have 2 petition mentioned below. While filling DS 160, i am not able to provide both petitions. Though I need stamping from current if I provide #2 which is latesh. The petition approval is from October 2014. What should I do?

#1 ending on sep30 2014

#2 starting Oct 01 2014 - sep 2015

You will use the one with longer duration for DS160. Take both with you.
