I am currently on L1B with company X. My spouse works for company Z.
Given that:
1. Company "X" applies L1 to H1 change of status in 2014 quota
2. Company "Y" (different company) applies L1 to H1 change of status in 2014 quota
3. Company "Z" applies L2 to H1 change of status in 2014 quota
4. I also need to apply H4 for my spouse along with my H1 applications.
5. Both I-94s are expiring in June, 2015
Please give me different what-if scenarios and suggest me the safest way of dealing with it. Appreciate your help!
