Multiple h1b amendment without travel (back to back amendment not yet landed in US)

Hi

I got selected in H1b cap 2014 filled from Client X but after some time that Client is no more with my company . Now I filled amendment for Client Y and got my approval on October2015 . But again that client is no more . Question is if i again file amendment for new client Z … Is there any problem or raise any concern at USCIS as I have not yet traveled on my H1b … Please advise

No problem at all. you have very genuine reason to tell.

You can file as many as amendments with the similar reasons.
