My employer had raised H1 for me in 2015. After RFE and denial, MTR was raised and it was moved to AAO, which took 5 months for update(timeline processing for this is 6 months for H1).
My current status is:
:“the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) transferred your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXXX, to the USCIS office that made the original decision on your case. That office will mail you our decision or send you a request if it needs something from you” This update is on May 2016.
How long will USICS will take to process this step and is there any standard processing line or this step.
