I am a physics gradute from delhi university and done post graduate diploma in banking from manipal university,working from last 1 and half year with one of the leading bank of india. Can you please suggest what shd i have to go for MS or MBA… M really confused ??.
Your current background does not matter. It is about what you are passionate about.

For example if you spent 5 years studying VLSI circuits, it is time to study how a company that makes VLSI boards conducts business. My vote is always for an MBA and not for 2 more years of VLSI, you know enough of the latter already.
