Mrv validity if us consulate cancelled my last appointment

Last year I tried to schedule my VISA appointment at Hyderabad Consulate ( Paid the Fee on August 9th 2020) but US consulate cancelled my appointment last year. Can i still use my old MRV to book appointment now?

Asking this because when I login to ustravel docs I can still see my old MRV number

The fee receipt is normally only valid for 12 months however in the wake of pandemic this policy is now updated to keep the fee valid up to 30th September 2023. So you may be able to schedule the appointment now with the same fee receipt.
