MRCC not refunding H1b money

Hi Guys,

Anyone filled H1B petition through MRCC Solution Consultancy. As per agreement they should refund deposit money of 1 lakh if the petition not picked in the lottery process.But now they not refunding and not receiving the phone also.

Nice to know that, is it like 100% returned or they cut something and gave less?
