Missing first name in the submitted I-539 form

Hello, Altruists,

My wife recently submitted the I-539 form online for extension of stay as F2, however, mistakenly, her first name got missing in the form, that’s why, her first name is mentioned as “'NO GIVEN NAME” in the receipt notice which typically generates automatically as soon as I-539 form is submitted online.

I am wondering, how to correct the first name? She uploaded a cover letter in the online account requesting name correction, do you guys know, is that enough? Or do we have to mail a cover letter? If so, is there specific form for the correction request?

I would just mail in a corrected I-539 al9ng with cover letter explaining why you are submitting another copy and the copy of the receipt so the corrected I-539 can make to her file.
