Hi,
I was in U.S. on L1-B visa from Nov. 2009 to Oct. 2012 and returned to India before visa expiry. After coming to India, I’ve applied for H1B and it’s approved.
Now I am thinking that if I travel in November, I would complete a year outside U.S.A. to reset the clock and have the possiblity for extension in future. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Now, my question is should I wait for visa stamping for a year to complete or I can go for visa stamping earlier.
