My wife who is currently on an L1b is planning to leave her job and apply for job in h4 (in india).
Her current stamped in L1 visa expires in March 2022 while she has an approved i797 till December 2024 while her i94 expires on Jan 31st 2022. She also has a valid B1-2 visa till 2026.
When I look at the internet for answers it says “So you can stay for up to 60 days or up to 10 days after the expiration of your I-94, whichever is shorter.”
Does this means she has to leave USA within 10 days of her leaving the job.
