Can I call my fiance and family on Visitor visa to get married here in US ?
Will there be any issues ?
I am on H1 and just converted a month back and I don’t want to travel now at this time.

Yes you can.
I dont think so. You may want to research if marriage registered in the US will be legal in your home country.
If you want to be get married in US, first you need to apply for Marriage license. Check for steps of getting married in US. Mostly the rules are similar for Citizens and Non-Citizens(H1 is a non citizen and non immigrant category )
