Let me tell a gist of things, I applied for B1/B2 visa early 2022 however I got married Feb 2022, i did not disturb the visa wait as already I had to wait for one year.
This year Feb i got VISA cleared and i have multiple entry visa as marital status single,
I applied H1 via company that i work for still now they have not shared the detail so say if she applies for H4 would it be a problem as i already have visa that says single .
