My inlaws lost expired passport that had expired visa , now they have new passport

I think yes on lost visa will make them ineligible for dropbox , since its expired should i mention no to lost visa
You must provide correct information as they will need to submit proof of expired visa to be eligible for dropbox. They need to carry copy of FIR to their interview.
