Legal Advise regarding Cap gap

Hi - I’m currently in OPT Status and my OPT extension end day will be JULY-17-2015, I have applied for H1B this year from two different employer’s ( A&B) and my application got picked from Employer-B.

So my question would be,can I still work for Employer A during the Cap Gap period? until the H1B Petition got approved? or I need to work on Employer-B before my OPT expires?

You can work with employer A during Cap Gap period. And then start workging for employer B once your H-1B starts.
