Leave Without pay on H1-B are there any legal issues


  1. I am working for a company full time in US.

  2. I applied for 2 months time off starting Oct1 st to Nov3oth and my employer has approved it.

  3. for one month I will consume my paid leaves and for rest 1 month I will be on leave without pay.

So my question is :-

  1. will there be any legal issues while on H1-B leave without pay off?

  2. is it necessary for my employer to provide pay stubs for leave without pay period?

  3. will there be any legal issue if I get another offer meanwhile from another employer and want to get my H1-B transfer.
