Friends , I am currently in India . My H1-B Amendment is in progress ( Cap Exempt ) . My Client provided me with a letter . Due to COVID-19 situation , the LCA was posted in my employer’s office which is about 10 miles from the client location . The address mentioned in the Client letter is that of the Customer location . There is an address mismatch between the address on the client letter and the LCA posted address . Are LCA rules relaxed due to COVID-19 situation . Thanks
