Hi , My sponsor was going to file the LCA but then someone told him that before sending it he needed to do postings of the Job in 3 different places( online and print) for the same Job description he is offereing me . So is it true about that , cant he filed the LCA without doing that? How many days does he need to post it in advance ? Please help me with this , thank you for all your help
LCA for H1 needs to be posted on more than one notice board of the company and your work location(if it is different from your company), then it needs to be sent to DOL for certification which usually takes 7 days. I think you are misunderstanding LCA for H1 and LC for GC.
