Hi,
It has been 6 months that I landed in US. I am currently drawing a salary which was mentioned in LCA during the time of stamping. Now, my company is refiling my LCA with degrade in designation resulting in salary reduction as well.
Is this legally acceptable? Is there a way I can fight on this?

Yes, they can do that. However, this means that you will have to work on that reduced role. For example, if original LCA was for Senior position and now they are downgrading to Associate position, you are now expected to full-fill just the Associate duties.
Your company cannot make you do Senior level job while paying you Associate salary.
