Hi,
My company applied an H1B visa extension for the new location. But i have an LCA in old location with a different role but my visa get expiry by 31st Oct 2013.
So will the LCA being valid in the old location even though role for new & old location are different?
Meanwhile, is there any rule as during the visa extension, we physical need to be in the new location where the LCA being applied for an H1B Extension?
