Hi,
I got into a new project in a new location apart from the location mention in my original LCA.
I would like to know whether LCA is mandatory to put for the new location… If not, what will be problem if LCA is not filled. I personal assumption is that my employer is not willing to do LCA and H1 Amendment.
Whether the problem will be the for the employer or employee if LCA is not filled?
Pls advice.
