H1B -LCA was filed on 7 June - normal processing. Will I come under the cap amount of this fiscal?? I am much worried, some says the cap has been closed on 1 st of june, some says ,its still available . Donot know , which one to believe. All sorts of replies are flouting since last week. I request anyone one to gimme a legitimate answer. Pls respond. Thanks for your time guys / gals .
You can get the legitimate answer only from USCIS. http://www.uscis.gov/h-1b_count
Once your LCA is certified, and if you don't see any news on USCIS, I would say send your petition ASAP.
You never know who is LUCKY and who is NOT. Worth giving it a shot.
