Hi, i am coming to USA Dallas on H1B . I have LCA receipt for same on whichi can go and work from there. Now recently my client asked me to come to NJ rather than Dallas. As per him, he asked me toreach Dallas first and then file another LCA for NJ.
Would you please let me know that is it possible for me todo ?
In order to work in NJ, a new LCA needs to be applied.
If the intent was always to work from NJ, why did they file LCA for TX? That sounds little fishy.
When you say client - is that a proper US client or a client of your Indian employer?
When you land in Dallas, you maybe asked about your work in Dallas and this could make the situation tricky.
